Who We Are
The NRG Associates tend to be people who have had successful careers in the Operator and/or Service Company sectors and have achieved senior operational and management positions. Having left corporate life behind they wish to continue to contribute their vast pool of skills and knowledge to the industry, but also wish to manage their work load. Chris Strang
- Active in industry since 1966
- Trained as a Petroleum Engineer with a Major Oil Company
- Subsurface Manager for a major UKCS field
- Extensive experience of Well Design, Operations, Maintenance, Integrity and Reservoir Management
- Principal Petroleum Production Inspector with UK Department of Energy
David J Reid
- Joined the industry with a petroleum engineering degree in 1982 and worked for major operators for 18yrs
- Extensive PE experience in production operations, exploration wells and development projects
- Last 10years specialised in HP/HT gas condensate completion design and field developments
