Doug Hamer
- Active in the industry since 1973. International operations and management experience in drilling and formation evaluation in Europe, Africa, Middle East and S.E. Asia
- Specialist knowledge in directional drilling, geosteering, multilateral well design, ERD, casing drilling and other novel techniques. Author of several SPE papers and other publications
- Experience in well design and operations planning activities working with both service sector and major oil companies
- Served on SPE committees for the Forum Series and the Amsterdam SPE/IADC conference
- Experience in drilling risk assessment, well examination, and well assurance auditing
Frank Walsh CEng
- Active in the industry since 1981
- Traditionally trained Driller through Drilling Supervisor before cross training in drilling engineering. Strong background in all aspects of well design, well planning, contracting and rig operations across all well types.
- Held Senior Management positions in major operators, well management providers and drilling contractors
- Experienced Operations Manager, Project Manager and Drilling Superintendent for major projects both internationally and UKCS
